I am an island born girl (she/her), who was raised in Ontario. I've forever had a longing to be back by the sea, and the beautiful forest and mountains, and am so happy to be home on the traditional lək̓ʷəŋən - Lekwungen Territory, in Victoria, BC. which is also home to my downtown (LGBTQ friendly and all body positive) photography studio. I am a single mama, and my three littles (who are not quite so little anymore) are my world. The importance of motherhood, and that wild love like no other is what inspires me. The stories between a couple, the love the sparks your souls on fire. Families built on so much history and love. Connections.  My ideal session is all about connection. Capturing those genuine moments, so that down the road you see them and you smile because you are taken back to that moment.

The moment when your eyes meet with your partner and sparks fly and you get butterflies in your tummy and you know, they&rsquo;re the one. That moment when your children were just little with their sweet pouty lips, wild imaginations, and big personalities.

When all they want is to be in mama&rsquo;s arms. When you&rsquo;re exhausted but your heart is so full.
&nbsp;
When you place your hand on your growing belly and feel those flutters of your baby growing, when your world is about to shift and you become more full of love than you ever imagined possible.&hellip; these, these are the memories I want to bring you back to time and time again!

Hi, I'm Christin!

We did a family photo shoot during the heights of COVID, and Christin was amazing with our 3 and 6 year-old. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous and she somehow managed to get both great action shots as well as beautiful posed portraits, all while she was socially distancing and staying masked up! Great value for the product, and she was very patient with us and our kids. Thank you so much for your beautiful work capturing our special memories!

Being pregnant is such an exciting time! Whether it’s your first or your second or third, each little kick or movement is a reminder of the sweet baby about to be welcomed into your family! The journey into motherhood is something to be celebrated. All the incredible ways your body changes and grows. Capturing that beautiful glowing belly, and all the amazing curves is a powerful way to always remember that time when your baby was inside. Showing the connection between you and your partner, or the excitement on a big sibling to be’s face, it’s a time worth documenting. If you are booking a maternity session with a newborn session, there is a discounted rate for the maternity session. (the maternity session would be $250,) the discount ($135) will be applied to the newborn session.

These sweet beautiful girls dreamt away for most of their newborn photography session! They loved settling in together, and their parents are just equally as sweet.

It's never too early to book in your duedate to secure a spot on my calendar for your own Newborn Photography Session, or Maternity Session. Newborn sessions take place at my studio in Oak Bay Victoria, or a maternity session within the Greater Victoria Area.

Twins S + E | newborn session

This family session felt extra special! Not only was it Mom + Dad's anniversary, but both of their grown children were home here in Victoria BC visiting for the holidays. Mom had been dreaming of family photographs, and we were graced with the most beautiful sunrise!! Then, when it already seemed so magical, a pod of ORCAS came by! Happy tears were definitely shed (ok, I was crying!)

When you prompt to gaze out over the ocean, and a pod of WHALES swim by!

To finish up this beautiful family photography session, we went back to the family home in Oak Bay Victoria to be able to include the fur babies!
